The Power Smoothie Bowl.

If you look at my Instagram, you can tell I've had a thing for smoothie bowls lately but despite how yummy they are, they don't fill me up on days when I need a heavy morning boost. 

In order to rectify that, I came up with this power smoothie bowl that incorporates oatmeal, granola and yum yum nuts.

This smoothie bowl can be made in about 5 minutes, and is completely dairy-free, vegan and deliciosa.

For this power bowl, you'll need 1 cup of almond milk, half a cup of oats, half a cup of granola and some nuts to top it off. 

In my bowl I used the following ingredients: Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Candied Pecans, Rolled Oats and Toasted Coconut Granola all from Trader Joe's. Honestlyyyy, I plug Trader Joes so much, you'd think they were sponsoring me. 

Maybe, one day haha. 

In order to make the bowl, simply blend the oats and the milk together without ice. If you'd like the bowl cold, feel free to chill it in the fridge at this point and if you'd prefer it hot, pop it in the microwave for about a minute.

Once you have oats how  you like them, feel free to top with all sorts of deliciousness.
